The 1–10 Life Scale isn't a measure of how "good" you are at life. It's a map. When you hit a 2, that's information. When you're riding a 9, that's information too. The goal isn't to flatten every emotion , it's to understand where you are so you can navigate back to center when you need to.

Find Your 5 was built around one idea: emotional regulation shouldn't be therapy jargon. It should be a skill as common as reading. Something you actually use, in your car, before a hard conversation, and/or at 2 am when your mind won't quiet.
